✨Hi, I'm Eva, a sugar cookie baker (and eater!) based in Essex✨

The Alabama Biscuit began after moving to the UK from, you guessed it, Alabama! I fell in love with making sugar cookies a few years ago - firstly as something festive during the holidays, but after moving to the UK I wanted to do something to meet new people while also brightening their day. And so, The Alabama Biscuit was born.

You can find me at markets around the Colchester area and beyond, selling fun sugar cookies for all! Along with markets/pop ups I love doing custom orders, what's wonderful about cookie art is pretty much any design can be cookiefied :)
