What are the ingredients?
My sugar cookies contain - Plain Flour (WHEAT), RSPCA assured free range eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, butter(MILK), baking powder, and salt. Royal icing- RSPCA assured free range eggs (egg whites only), lemon juice, powdered sugar, food coloring, and golden syrup.
How long do your biscuits stay fresh?
I heat seal each cookie individually to ensure freshness for up to 6 weeks, although they will probably be eaten long before that :)
You can freeze your biscuits too- they can be frozen up to 3 month. Store sealed cookies in an airtight container. When ready to eat, let the unopened container come to room temp for a minimum of 3 hours to aviod condenstation affecting the design.
Do you ship?
At this time cookies are for local pick up only(Colchester CO1) or local/surrounding area deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee if required. Please provide address details when placing your order request so I may provide you with an accurate quote.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Please see order enquiry tab for custom order. Please provide as much detail as possible on what you would like, including the date you'll need them by.
Example: 30th birthday for Suzie, loves dogs, wine, and snooker. Favorite colours are pink and black. If there are certain shapes you prefer please make sure to mention them when enquiring - the more details, the better!
I aim to get back to you within 48 hours with a quote, availability and instructions to continue with you order.
Prices start at £43 per dozen, this includes up to three designs/shapes and three colours (not including white). There is a one dozen minimum order at this time.
Orders for pick up will be from Colchester, CO1 area. Local delivery can also be arranged, please be aware a delivery fee may occcur for this.
Business Logos- I absolutely LOVE doing BUSINESS BISCUITS! Can be your own business logo or you if have approval to use a logo, prices start at £52- please provide photos of the logo.
How far in advance should I order?
The sooner the better to ensure availability! Normally I require a 4-6 weeks notice for all custom orders, although I cannot always guarantee availability.

Terms and Conditions
Refunds-Please note that custom orders are nonrefundable, this is due the nature of custom products. Please be aware due the to handmade nature of biscuits, inconsistencies and imperfection may occur between designs, therefore a refund will not be issued for this.
Once order is placed and paid for no further changes may be made to order.
Cancellations- As the biscuits are specifically made to order, I cannot accept cancellations if I have partially made or completed them. If you need to cancel due to unforeseeable special circumstances please get in touch, although I am unable to refund the whole amount as the funds have gone into ingredients, special supplies(if needed), labour, etc - I am more than happy to discuss options with you. Intellectual Property and Copyright:
When ordering custom designs, if a photo from another baker or artist is provided please be aware that, while I am able take inspiration and interpretation from them, these are mini edible works of art so they will not be an exact reproduction.
Unfortunately, I am unable to do copyrighted and trademarked images - cant have ol' Walt D coming after me!
